- How do I place an order?
Ordering from Bullseye couldn't be easier. As you must be on our website to be reading this you can simply order online. Or, give us a call and we'll take your order over the phone,
- How long will it take to receive my order?
We're pretty quick at processing. All orders will be despatched the same day if received prior to 3pm, sometimes later if the courier has not done the pickup. If it misses the courier the first day, it will be despatched the following morning. If your address is urban, you will receive it the next day (North Island, 2 days South Island). If you are rural, some extra time is required for transferal to the rural delivery team. Sometimes it is still the next day because of the fantastic service our couriers offer, but mostly it will take 2 days.
- What if I change my mind?
You'll find us pretty reasonable about returns if they are done within a reasonable period of time. Give us a call if something needs addressing for you.
- Where is it manufactured?
The goods sold on our website are manufactured all over the world. Australia, UK, America, China, Malaysia are the primary countries.
- What if I get the wrong size?
It's never a problem to exchange the size of an item if it is the incorrect fit for you. We'll try and accommodate this as swiftly as possible.
